This Web-based tool allows users to identify policies that have had the most (and least) impact on improving the bottom line economics of wind turbines that provide power for on-site use in the United States. Users may test a wide variety of policy-related variables, and adjustable inputs allow policymakers to determine where and how public funds should be directed. The goal of the tool is to expand the distributed wind market through an improved national policy environment.
