This report provides recommendations of nationally-appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs), policies to be undertaken by national governments, in the following countries: Jordan, Yemen, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco. It discusseses potential for NAMAs in Regional Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) member countries and the opportunity to coordinate NAMAs with the European Union's Emissions Trading Scheme.
